    Before you book

    What happens if it rains?
    We move your party to another date at no charge. You pay on delivery day, so there is nothing to refund and nothing to lose — just call and we will find a new day.
    How much space do I need?
    Each unit lists its footprint. Add about 3 feet of clearance on every side, plus a path wide enough to roll it through — usually a standard gate.
    Do you need power?
    Yes — one standard outlet within 50 feet for most units. No power on site? Add a generator at checkout.
    Can you set up at a park?
    Often, yes. Most parks need a permit arranged ahead of time, and some ask the rental company for paperwork of their own, so give us a week’s notice and we will sort out what the park needs.
    When do I pay?
    Payment is cash on delivery — nothing to pay up front.
    How long is a rental?
    Five hours is standard. Extra hours are $50 each, and all day is available on every unit at 1.5× the 5-hour price.
    How much notice do you need?
    At least 72 hours. If your date is sooner than that, call and we will see what we can do.
